Brief Overview
A patient has full rights to control their My Health Record (MyHR) using their portal. This means that a patient can control which practices have access and also what documents a practice can see.
Sometimes a patient may remove access to a practice for their MyHR unless the practice has the access code set by the patient. They may also remove access to a specific document. This article explains how to gain access to a patient's MyHR using an access code.
