Adding Documents During a Consult

To add a Document to a patient file from the consult you need to go to the 'Document' tab


1. Select the plus button to add a document OR click on the word Documents and select 'Add File'


2. 'Browse' the file from your computer

3. Add the 'File Name'

4. Add the 'Document Date'

5. Select the 'Document Type' from the drop down available. This will determine what the file is saved as in the Clinical Journey

6. Add a 'Description'

7. Select 'Upload'



You can print each document from the list by hovering over the document and selecting the print icon.
