This article explains the Sign not Sighted feature in the letter workflow.
Sign not sighted enables admin staff to edit a letter and send it to the recipients without a doctor's final review, select Sign not Sighted.
After the doctor has written or dictated a letter and selects 'Sign not sighted', the admin will receive the letter in the Letter List. After reviewing and editing the letter, the admin can then sign and send the letter.

How to enable Sign not Sighted
To enable Sign not Sighted,
As a doctor:
Go to Settings > My Settings > User Settings > Common Settings > Sign not Sighted Letters > Save.
As an admin:
Go to Settings > Users > Select User > Update & Configure > User Settings > Common Settings > Sign not Sighted Letters > Save.
Note: The letter will need to be created by a doctor user before the admin user will be able to use the Sign not Sighted function.
