You can set up Practice Favourites for Medications, Imaging and Pathology Requests. You can then set these against users so that multiple practitioners can have access to the favourites.
This means that as admin you can create these favourites for them rather than each practitioner adding the favourites manually themselves.
Go to Settings > Practice Favourites
Medication Favourite
1. Select "Add Favourite"
2. If you have access to MIMS you can search for the medication in the 'Medication' field.
3. If you do not have MIMS you can manually add the medication by selecting the plus sign next to the 'Medication' field.
4. Name the favourite and select 'Create'
Custom Drugs
This field is used to create custom medications for the practitioners to access. Once you have created these here they are available in the 'Medication' field when creating medications.
1. Select 'Add Drug'
2. Add the details of the medication and select 'Create'
Imaging Request Favourites
1. Select 'Add Favourite'
2. Add the details of the imaging request - making sure that you have selected the correct form in the 'Request to' field.
3. Select 'Create'
Pathology Request Favourites
1. Select 'Add Favourite'
2. Add the details of the pathology request - making sure that you have selected the correct form in the 'Request to' field.
3. Select 'Create'
Any favourites which are no longer used can be removed by selecting the delete icon.
Once you have created the favourites you then need to assign these to the users.
1. Go to Settings > Users
2. For the practitioner that you would like to add the favourite to, select the edit icon.
3. In the 'Favourite' fields select the favourites for Medication, Imaging and Pathology that you would like the user to have access to.
4. Select Update.
The practitioner will now have access to these favourites whilst in consult.
