1. Go to Settings followed by 'Non-MBS Items'

2. Select the 'Non-MBS Items' tab

3. Select 'Add Item'

4. Add an 'Item Number' 'Practice Fee' and 'Description'

5. Click 'Create'

6. To edit an item click the edit pencil icon

7. To delete an item click the trash can icon
