General Overview

A pregnancy can be ended and a reason provided in any one of the Antenatal consults. 

When a pregnancy proceeds to full term and a birth record is created, the pregnancy can be ended in the Postnatal Check.

Ending a pregnancy completes and closes the Obstetric Record.

The Short Version

• In an Antenatal Consult, click the 'End Pregnancy' button and, when prompted, choose a reason and enter other data then save
• In the Postnatal Check screen, click the 'End Pregnancy', confirm when prompted and the consult will automatically finish.

2. In the Postnatal Check screen, click the 'End Pregnancy' button. When you confirm, the consult will automatically finish.
