Secure Messaging enables your practice to send patient letters and send patient referrals securely by linking with other health providers using the same Secure Messaging channel.

New Healthlink Customer
1. Fill in the Healthlink form found below and return directly to Healthlink.
2. Your Customer Success Advisor will then be given an ID from Healthlink and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued. If this ID is provided to you after your Start Date, simply go to Settings > Practice Details > Secure Messages to enter it in yourself.
Existing Healthlink Customer
1. Please contact Healthlink to advise you would like to link your existing account to Clinic to Cloud. Your Customer Success Advisor will then be given an ID from Healthlink and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued. If this ID is provided to you after your Start Date, simply go to Settings > Practice Details > Secure Messages to enter it in yourself.
