Voice Recognition commands can be spoken during dictation to quicken the time required to write and format letters. Commands can include navigating around the letter, syntax, correcting mistakes, starting/stopping recording and more.

Correction
- accept defaults
Accepts the default value of all auto-text fields and removes the field delimiters in all fields.
- all caps that
Formats the selected text or the last thing you said as capital letters.
- cap that
Capitalizes the first letter of each selected word or all words of the last thing you said.
- delete word / scratch that word / scratch word
Deletes the word with the cursor focus (including any punctuation next to the word).
- deselect that / unselect that
Cancels the selection.
- field complete
Accepts the default value and removes the field delimiters of the auto-text field with the focus.
- go back
Returns the cursor focus to before the previous selection command.
- redo that / redo last action redo
Redoes the previous operation.
- scratch that / delete that
Deletes the last thing you said.
- select all
Selects all text in your dictation.
- select first paragraph
