Create an Appointment |
Double Click on the Scheduler to Create an Appointment and have Start and End Date/Time, Doctor and Location fields auto-filled:
Add New Patient when Booking an Appointment |
Double Click on the Scheduler to Create an Appointment > Click the Plus Button next to Patients:
Reschedule Appointment using the Suggest Button |
Edit the existing appointment and click Suggest to filter through the Scheduler's availability:
Click and Drag to Adjust Appointment Time |
Left-click and hold once on appointment drag into another time-slot or hover the mouse over the top/bottom of the appointment to reduce or extend appointment time:
Find an Appointment |
Click the Appointment History button to locate a patient's appointment.
Quick Access to the Patient Profile |
For Admins: Double click on the patient's appointment to view their patient profile.
For Clinicians: Click Demographics button to view the patient's profile of your choice.
Filter Patient's Clinical Journey |
For Admins: Click Clinical File button to view and filter the patient's clinical file.
Note: This is the best way to find documents, letters and more to view and/or print.
For Clinicians: Double click on the patient's appointment to view their clinical file.
Adjust Doctor Order on Schedule |
Click the Filter icon to click and drag doctor names.
Check all Appointments have been Invoiced |
Go to Reports > General Reports to select and filter the Uninvoiced Appointments report.
Preview Invoice/Fee Estimate History |
Click Invoice and/or Fee Estimate History to find past patient invoices.
Quick Add with Plus Buttons |
Click Plus Buttons to make use of the Quick Add function throughout the platform.
