If your lab results come in with an error, they will sit in the Lab Results > Error Lab Results section-
The lab results must be sent in HL7 or PIT format. If not, they will appear in the error section.
Click on the relevant "Imaging" or "Pathology" menu option to get a list of results that have been marked as error.
Under the result title you can see the reason for the error.
From this screen you have the ability to restore the result using the icon, download the result using the icon, or delete the result using the icon.
Once you have determined where the results are being sent from, contact the laboratory to confirm they are sending the file in the correct format.
If the results continue to error please submit a Lab Results Pathology/ Imaging request and one of our team will be in contact.
