To use the waiting room, you will first need to configure it for your practice-
How to Set Up the Waiting Room
1. Once it has been configured, select the relevant location in the top blue bar-
2. Click on the 'Waiting Room' button, which will appear below your calendar in the scheduler-
3. When you are in the waiting room, you are able to view the patients waiting in all of the waiting rooms, or in each specific waiting room-
4. To arrive a patient who has an appointment into a waiting room, select the waiting room you want to arrive them into, then type their name into the 'Patient' box. The appointment will appear in the 'Appointment' box, and you then click 'Add To Waiting Room'-
5. To arrive a patient who does not have an appointment into a waiting room, select the waiting room you want to arrive them into, then type their name into the 'Patient' box. From here, you then click 'Add To Waiting Room'-
6. When the patient is in the waiting room, you can edit their 'Treating Provider', 'Status', 'Waiting Room' and add notes, by clicking the edit pencil-
7. You can also move patients between waiting rooms by selecting the patient, and dragging them into another waiting room-
8. To view a patient's waiting room journey, click the symbol under the patient's name-
9. You can also create a fee estimate from the button, an invoice from the button, and send an SMS from the button, under the patient's name-
10. Once you have invoiced a patient, the invoice button will turn green-
11. Once the patient has finished, you then need to remove them from the waiting room, by clicking the tick and selecting the outcome of the appointment. You can also make notes if required-
