As updates are made to Medicare, DVA, and Health Fund Fee schedules, we will update this page when the relevant changes have been implemented in C2C.

Until the Health Fund schedules are updated, affected invoices submitted may be rejected by the Health Fund due to discrepancies in rebate amounts.  It is recommended that users continue to create all invoices in preparation for submission; however, only submit the claims once the schedule updates have been confirmed by the Clinic to Cloud. Users may run the Uninvoiced Appointment report for any new item numbers to generate a list of all outstanding appointments that require an invoice created after the update.

All other schedules (e.g., Workcover, AMA, TAC, WAGMSS) must be manually uploaded by the practice as they either require a nominal subscription or are unique to your specialty and/or state. This guide gives instructions on how to do so.
