Brief Overview
To provide the best-in-class encryption to our customers, Clinic to Cloud plans to withdraw Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.0 and 1.1 in all its products. We understand that the security of your data is important, and we're committed to transparency about changes that may affect your use of the TLS service.
TLS is an acronym for “Transport Layer Security,” which is the protocol that allows digital devices (such as computers and phones) to communicate over the internet securely, without the transmission being vulnerable to an outside audience.
Although Clinic to Cloud TLS 1.0 implementation has no known security vulnerabilities, we are following the industry standards and recommendations and are discontinuing support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in our platform. The same procedure is being followed by other companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc.
Although Clinic to Cloud will continue supporting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols until 30th November 2020, certain browsers and operating systems may independently withdraw support earlier than this date. With this in mind, we recommend updating your browser and operating system as soon as possible if required.
What does this mean for you?
From November 30th, 2020, Clinic to Cloud will no longer support TLS 1.0 or 1.1. This means that Clinic to Cloud will no longer support the below browsers and operating systems.
