Go to Settings > Templates
Select 'Add New Document Template'
1. You can select what type of template you are creating.
2. You can then name the template so that it is easily selected when creating a Document
3. The template can be created using free text and also the tags on the left hand side.
4. Once you have added the text select 'Create'
When you create a template type as 'Document' this will be available when creating a document
When you create a template type as 'Clinical Letter' 'Work Cover' 'Other' 'Pathology' 'Procedure' 'Imaging' or 'Referral' this will be available when creating a Letter.
A current template can be cloned, edited and deleted from the template list.
