23 April - Product Update

This update focuses on the below general SMS improvements:

  • Replies received will link to each unique appointment ID for confirmation.
  • Appointment confirmation/cancellation has been adjusted to action only "Yes" and "No" responses from patients, preventing incorrect cancellation and confirmation.

This update also includes one bug fix:

  • Payment ID and Run Number will both appear in the Finalised tab of the Claims window.
