14 April - Product Update

This update focuses on the below general bug fixes:

  • Payment ID will now be shown against claims in the Finalised tab for Medicare/DVA and ECLIPSE.

  • Reprinting a Prescription will now print the document with the same brand name selection.

  • The Multiple Procedure Rule will now calculate correctly on DVA invoices.

  • SMS Notification Messages can now be altered successfully. 

  • Merging Patients will now process correctly. 

  • Invoice Transaction History will no longer show duplicated payments.

  • QLD Workcover Certificates will now print with the full address of the practice. 

  • Email Notifications will now be generated and sent successfully.

  • ECLIPSE payment dates will no longer be affected by new payments. 

  • Issues preventing Room Users from being unlocked have been resolved. 

  • Background images will no longer print for non-generic Imaging and Pathology Requests

  • Service Dates for billing items will now no longer change.

  • Medical Object secure messages will no longer duplicate. 

  • Packing size will now print successfully on prescriptions without brand names. 

  • Admission Time will now be retained on Fee Estimates when printed.

  • Secure PDFs can now be previewed in the Clinic to Cloud preview window.
