Customer Referral Program

Brief Overview

The Customer Referral Program allows you to recommend Clinic to Cloud seamlessly through the Clinic to Cloud desktop or laptop platform. For every onboarded referrer, you will receive $200, your referred colleague will receive $200, and $100 will be donated to our nominated charity. 

The referral program is open for all users, and the instructions below can be followed by anyone within the practice.

Instructions

To send an invitation to our referral program to a colleague, follow the instructions below:

1. Log into Clinic to Cloud on your desktop or laptop.

2. Click the Recommend Clinic to Cloud (gold trophy) icon in your top menu bar.

3. You may then use one of the sending icons to begin the sending process:

  • The Copy icon lets you copy the referral link URL to your clipboard, so you may paste it into another application for sending. 
  • Clicking the Email icon will open the default email program on your computer, with the link included, ready for you to address and send to your colleague.
  • Clicking the LinkedIn icon will open LinkedIn in a new window, so you may share the referral link in a post or via a private message.
  • The Messenger icon allows you to send the link within a Facebook Message to your colleague, and will open the messenger window for you automatically.

4. You can track the status of your referrals in the bottom section of the window.
