[COMING SOON] Turning on Online Payments for Patient Portal

Brief Overview

The Patient Portal allows your practice to receive Online Payments using our integration with Stripe.  This article explains how to turn on this feature so you can set up your Stripe Accounts.

 

The Short Version

  • Turn on the Patient Portal and configure the Settings.
  • Activate Online Payments via Settings > Patient Portal Settings > Portal Payments.

Instructions

1.  Ensure that the Patient Portal is turned on and configured prior to setting up Online Payments.

a.  Go to Settings > Patient Portal Settings.

b.  Switch the Toggle Patient Portal Turn ON.

2.  Turn on Portal Payments settings.  

a.  Go to Settings > Patient Portal Settings.

b.  Select Portal Payments tab > click the toggle Switch ON Stripe Payment
