Reduce the need for patients to visit in-person with our Patient Portal. Through this online login, patients can manage their telehealth appointments, view approved results and share important documents with their healthcare providers.
Patients have the option to upload relevant documents through Clinic to Cloud's Patient Portal, such as tests from other doctors, consent forms and referrals.
The Short Version
Patients can upload documents from the Patient Portal such as tests from other doctors, consent forms and referrals.
Patients can upload any JPEG, PNG or PDF file from the Patient Portal.
Uploaded documents from the Patient Portal are immediately visible for the practice in Scanned Documents > Review Scans.
- Filters are available to help manage documents to link to the patient file.
Patients will need to login into the Patient Portal
Tip: Provide your patients with instructions on how to upload documents via the Patient Portal and more through the Patient Notification email.
The patient will need to go to the Demographics tab to upload a document:
The patient will need to click Upload to browse and select the document that they would like to upload:
Note: Patients can only upload any JPEG, PNG or PDF file in their Patient Portal
- Once the patient has uploaded a document successfully, this will appear within the practice in Scanned Documents > Review Scans:
- Filter which documents have been uploaded by the Patient or by the Practice:
Note: The blue user icon '' next to the date/time stamp advises this document was uploaded by the patient from the Patient Portal
- Link the correct document to the patient:
Note: The patient's name will automatically show for the practice to be able to confirm by clicking Link
