What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is an exclusive Clinic to Cloud Portal designed to improve patient engagement for Clinic to Cloud practices.

The Patient Portal allows patients to

  • Complete their Patient Registration Form (demographics, account information and questionnaire) 
  • Upload a referral or other documents
  • Create, edit or confirm appointments
  • View invoices, fee estimates
  • View medications
  • View Letters and Documents
  • View Imaging and Pathology Requests and Results
