10 November 2019 - Health Fund Schedule Updates

The November 2019 changes to Medicare and DVA were successfully implemented in Clinic to Cloud on Sunday, 10 November. Following this update, we have commenced the implementation of the Health Fund schedule updates. 

Until the Health Fund schedules are updated, affected invoices submitted may be rejected by the Health Fund due to discrepancies in rebate amounts.  It is recommended that users continue to create all invoices in preparation for submission, however, to only submit the claims once the schedule updates have been confirmed by Clinic to Cloud. For any new item numbers, users may run the Uninvoiced Appointment report (Reports > General Reports > Uninvoiced Reports) to generate a list of all outstanding appointments that require an invoice created after the update.
