How to set up Secure Messaging

Secure Messaging enables your practice to send patient letters and send patient referrals securely by linking with other health providers using the same Secure Messaging channel. 

Please select your preferred Secure Messaging provider below for instructions:

 Healthlink

STEP 1

If you are a new customer, fill in the Healthlink form found below and return directly to Healthlink.

If you are an existing customer and would like to link your existing Healthlink account to Clinic to Cloud, simply contact Healthlink to advise them.

STEP 2

If you are a new customer and have submitted your interest in Healthlink, your Onboarding Manager will be given an ID from Healthlink and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued.

If this ID is provided to you after your Start Date, simply go to Settings > Practice Details > Secure Messages to enter it in yourself.

If you are an existing customer and have contacted Healthlink to advise you would like to link your existing account to Clinic to Cloud, your Onboarding Manager will be given an ID from Healthlink and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued.

If this ID is provided to you after your Start Date, simply go to Settings > Practice Details > Secure Messages to enter it in yourself.

 Argus

 

STEP 1

f you are a new customer, follow the Argus Instructions found below to benefit from our Partner Offer with Clinic to Cloud. 

If you are an existing customer and would like to link your existing Argus account to Clinic to Cloud, please contact Argus to advise them

If you are a new customer and have submitted your interest in Argus, your Onboarding Manager will be given an ID from Argus and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued.

If this ID is provided to you after your Start Date, simply go to Settings > Practice Details > Secure Messages to enter it in yourself.

If you are an existing customer and have contacted Argus to advise you would like to link your existing account to Clinic to Cloud, your Onboarding Manager will be given an ID from Argus and will populate this into your Clinic to Cloud practice once issued.

 Medical Objects

STEP 1

If you are a new customer, please contact Medical Objects directly to register to this secure messaging provider. 

If you are an existing customer and would like to link your existing Medical Objects account to Clinic to Cloud, please contact Medical Objects.
