Reception | Internal Messaging and eTasks (video)


Messages can be sent to other practice staff members within Clinic to Cloud and each of the two features available has a different focus. Internal Messaging is for exchanging simple messages with other staff. Whereas eTasks are mainly designed for asking staff to complete tasks and, if a patient is added to the eTask, an audit trail is saved in the patient's clinical file.
