Go to clinictocloud.com.au/login and enter the registered email address and generic password from the welcome email.
Reset Password
1. If for any reason the patient did not receive the welcome email with the login details, please:
a. Check junk mail
b. If the email is still not available, go to https://www.clinictocloud.com.au/login and click ‘Forgot Password’
2. Enter the email address attached to the account then click ‘Send’.
3. The patient will then receive an email with a link to click.
4. By clicking the above link, this will generate a second email, this second email will contain a new generic password to use.
Using the Patient Portal
Appointments:
1. Booked appointments will display with the ability to either ‘confirm’ or ‘cancel’ the appointment.
Please note: Cancelling appointments is dependent on your practice’s settings. Not all practices will allow this function.
2. Patients can create new appointments by clicking ‘Create Appointments’.
Please note: Creating appointments is dependent on your practice’s settings. Not all practices will allow this function.
3. To create an appointment, the patient will need to:
a. Select a ‘Doctor’
b. Select the ‘Location’
c. Enter a ‘Date Range’ of when the patient would like to create the appointment, as well as the specify the ‘Appointment Type’
d. Book in the appointment time slot that suits by clicking ‘Take It’
Please note: Click ‘Next’ to view more availability options.
Clinical Info:
1. Patients can view their current and archived ‘Medications and Allergies’ for record purposes.
Please note: Clicking the drop-down arrow of a specific medication will reveal more details about that medication.
2. Patients can view and read written ‘Letters’ by their doctor and select the letter to preview on the right or hover over the letter to click the print icon to print the letter.
3. Patients can view their own ‘Pathology’ results by clicking the result and previewing it to the right.
4. Patients can view their own ‘Imaging’ results by clicking the result and previewing it to the right.
5. Patients can view and read scanned ‘Documents’ and select the document to preview on the right or hover over the document to click the print icon to print the document.
6. Patients can view and read their ‘Vitals’ entered by their doctor and select the vital record to preview on the right or hover over the vital record to click the print icon to print the vital record.
Demographics:
New Patient
1. The patient will be able to click on 'Demographics' to edit and add their details. The right panel will allow patients to 'Add Current Referral'.
2. The patient will go through each page to edit by clicking 'Next' at the bottom of each page.
3. Once the patient has completed each page by inserting their details they must accept the terms and click 'Save'.
Existing Patient
1. An existing patient that has been given Patient Portal access later cannot edit their demographics on the Patient Portal.
Please note: Patients that notice incorrect details concerning their demographics are recommended to call their practice to advise and amend.
2. Existing patients can their ‘Add Current Referral’ at any time by uploading a file of their referral.
Invoices:
1. Patients can preview all their ‘Invoices’ and view specific invoices by clicking the view icon.
2. When viewing a specific invoice, patients can view and/or print the invoice and all its details by clicking the ‘Print Invoice’ button.
3. Invoice highlighted in red outstanding invoices.
Please note: To pay off an outstanding invoice, the patient is recommended to call the practice to arrange payment.
Fee Estimates:
1. Patients can preview all their ‘Fee Estimates’ and view specific fee estimates by clicking the view icon.
2. When viewing a specific fee estimate, patients can view and/or print the fee estimate and all its details by clicking the ‘Print Fee Estimate’ button.
Messages:
1. Patients can preview all their ‘Messages’ from doctors. These messages are recalls (bookings to be made) linked to the patient. Patients can view ‘Recalls to Action’ and click the calendar icon to make an appointment.
2. To create an appointment for this recall, the patient will need to:
a. Select a ‘Doctor’
b. Select the ‘Location’
c. Enter a ‘Date Range’ of when you would like to create the appointment, as well as the specify the ‘Appointment Type’
d. Book in the appointment time slot that suits by clicking ‘Take It’
Please note: Click ‘Next’ to view more options.
2. Patients can also view ‘Recalls in Place’ to see upcoming recalls to action and/or click the calendar icon to make an appointment in advance.
My Settings:
1.Patients can ‘Change Password’ by:
a. Entering their current password
b. Entering their new password; and then
c. Confirming their (new) password
Once the above has been correctly completed, click ‘Save Password’
Patients can ‘Logout From All Devices Except Current’ to be logged off from all the sessions in browsers except on their current browser and applications on all the devices by clicking ‘Logout All’.
