To finish a consult you MUST click the 'Finish Consult' icon on the top right of the consult screen.
You then have the option to pre-fill the invoice, if pre-filled, when the invoice is raised the details will be loaded into the invoice.
1. Select the 'Type of Patient'
2. Select the 'Type of Invoice'
3. Add item numbers
- Search by description
- Use 'Favourite Item Numbers' - How To Configure Favourite Item Numbers
4. Add A 'Message to Receptionist' - This will show in the notes section of the appointment
5. Select 'Invoice History' to view the patient invoice history
6. Select 'Save as Favourite' to load the favourite again in the future
7. Select 'Send & Stay' to pre-fill the invoice for the admin team and stay in the consult to keep making notes
8. Select 'Send & Close' to pre-fill the invoice for the admin team and close the consult.
