You can add the patient account info by clicking 'Account Info'-
From here, you can select the patient account type from the drop down list-
If the patient is a child, you will need to add their parent as the account holder. Medicare requires a valid full name, the date of birth and the full Medicare card/expiry date for the account holder. If you do not add this information in it is likely your claims will get rejected.
If a third party (such as Workcover or an insurance company) is paying the patient's accounts, they need to be added as the account holder.
You can enter the relevant account info on this page, such as Medicare, Health Fund and DVA numbers. When you hit 'Create', these details will be verified.
