Submitting ECLIPSE Claims

Go to the 'Claiming' tab on the left hand side of the scheduler and select 'Eclipse'


1. Select 'Create Claim'

2. Select the Location and Doctor. Claims are submitted per Doctor per location.

All claims for this location and Doctor will show under 'New Transmission'

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Submit Claim'

At this point each claim will be verified, if the verification is successful the claim will be sent through Eclipse. If the claim is not successful, a pop up will open with all errors and the claims will not be sent. 

For any verification errors you will need to go to the patient file and make the required changes, you will then be able to submit the claims. 


The successful claims will now show under Claiming > Eclipse > Waiting
