How To Find A Patient's Invoice History

From the Scheduler

To search for a patient's invoice click the 'Invoice History' icon
You will find this on the top left of your scheduler page

1. If the patient has an appointment on the scheduler you can click their appointment once to highlight it (it will show a blue line around the appointment if it is highlighted). Once you have highlighted the appointment click the 'Invoice History' icon.

If the patient doesn't have an appointment click the 'Invoice History' icon. A pop up will appear for you to type the name of the patient or the invoice number for the patient without an appointment.

From the patient list

1. Click patients list

2. Search for the patient

3. Click the downward drop down arrow next to the patient name and choose Invoice History

From the patient file/demographics

1. Click patients list

2. Search for the patient

3. Click the view option next to the patient name

4. Click the 'Invoice History' tab on the top of the demographics page

All of these options will open a new tab with the patients invoice history. (click the invoice number to open the invoice)
