If you do not create a letter during a consult the 'Letters to Create' tab will alert you to any letters which need to be created.
1. Go to Settings > My Settings
2. Go to User Settings
3. Scroll down the bottom to Letters to Create Settings
4. Either tick the 'show all' box if you want all appointment types to go into the Letters to Create section after the consult, or untick this box and select the specific appointment types you want to go into Letters to Create.
5. Click save.
