How To Edit The Patient Portal Settings

Go to Settings > Patient Portal Settings

Turn 'On' the patient portal if it is not already on.

The 'Customisation' tab is used to set what a patient is allowed to do once they log into the patient portal. These settings are as a practice so all patients that have been given access to the portal will be able to do what is set in the 'Patient Portal Settings'

 

1. Select the options you would like the patients to have access to

Note: The patients have access to their invoices, appointments and basic demographics automatically.

2. Click 'Save'.

Patients will now have access to these options selected.
