How To Change Patient Portal E-mail Notification



1. Go to Settings >Notifications 


2. Patient Notifications > New Patient Notification 

3. Edit the email to your specifications. Using tags on the left for auto fill ares. Ensure you keep the below details on the template as this is where the patients username and password fill into the email for them to be able to log into the portal. 

'Your login' [PatientEmail]
'Password' [NewPatientPassword]
'You can sign-in on Here

3. Once you are happy with the template click 'Update'
